This is Your City, Dwight! Orlando has declared you the hero in this community. In an ego driven sports world, it's easy to jump ship and try to seek new opportunities. Shaq did it, LeBron did it..and there will be more. Orlando is one of the fastest growing cities in this country with some of the most loyal basketball fans in the world. We just built a state-of-the-art arena with the All Star Game coming in 2012 and are always looking to upgrade our team from year to year, building around a franchise player.
Over the past ten years, Downtown Orlando has seen many new businesses open their doors, new condos go up, strangers became close friends and many more exciting new projects on the horizon because of our Orlando Magic. Orlando is the land of opportunity with plenty of growth ahead and we want Dwight to be apart of it all.
Our fans will always be there through the thick and thin and can't thank Dwight enough for what he has done for our community, local schools and the memories he has given to thousands of Magic fans over the past seven years. Let's make it another 10 more. This is Your City, Dwight!
